With over 10 years of experience in general dentistry and specialty practices, he brings a well-rounded understanding of patient care, team coordination, and day-to-day practice operations.
Recognized early in his training with Honour Roll distinction, Bobby has continually pursued professional development, including earning certifications in advanced orthodontic dental assisting. Over the years, his natural leadership skills and attention to detail led him into management roles, where he now focuses on streamlining workflows, training staff, and ensuring that patients receive efficient, high-quality care.
In addition to his work in dentistry, Bobby brings a strong background in construction. His experience in the skilled trades has equipped him with practical problem-solving abilities, a detail-oriented mindset, and a deep understanding of structure, safety, and precision—qualities that translate seamlessly into managing people, spaces, and projects within a healthcare setting.
Known for his calm, approachable manner, Bobby plays a key role in creating a supportive environment for both patients and team members.
Outside of work, Bobby is a proud family man who enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their two boys. He’s also passionate about staying active, playing competitive football, and training in Muay Thai. He believes in bringing the same discipline and teamwork from the field and gym into the dental practice every day.
